    Support Analyst

    Skills/Requirements:

    • 2-3 Years’ experience in a customer facing role

    Account Executive

    Responsibilities: 

    • Driving and managing the entire sales process - targeting top prospects, identifying client solutions, building and maintaining customer relationships, performing software demonstrations, negotiating and closing opportunities within an assigned territory.
    • Generating new business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis, selling the company’s software and services offerings
    • Acting as an “industry expert”, consulting with prospective clients to provide assistance with their unique, critical business issues and strategic initiatives.
    • Conducting software demonstrations and promoting MRI at industry conferences and trade shows.
    • Working with the sales team to share ideas, knowledge and new business development strategies.
    • Achieving or exceeding sales quota. ·
    • Grow and maintain an accurate pipeline to support assigned quota.
    • Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
    • Design and recommend sales and marketing programs and set short and long-term sales strategies for targeted prospects.
    • Develop and implement integrated sales strategies in conjunction with other business units on shared opportunities.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to proactively identify and sell new opportunities.

    Requirements: 

    • 3 or more years of software sales experience in business products or services, and managing a territory, with at least 4 years of strong work experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline or equivalent training in business or sales management, and 1-5 years of sales experience.
    • Experience in selling software and/or knowledge of the Real Estate industry preferred as well as the ability to network within the industry.
    • Knowledge of products, software pricing practices, selling skills, personal computers and various software application skills is helpful.
    • Demonstrated track record in closing new business over a sustained period, exceeding sales targets with ability to demonstrate software to potential users.
    • Marketing orientation with the ability to develop strong marketing strategies to edge out the competition.
    • Excellent understanding of the end user business and issues or the ability to apply unrelated knowledge to the Real Estate Industry.
    • Ability to push past rejection to achieve results.
    • Demonstrated computer systems knowledge, including web technologies, CRM, employee selfservice, a general understanding of larger business system applications.
    • Planning skills to determine and meet departmental objectives.
    • Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver powerful presentations.
    • Excellent time management, communication skills, decision making, human relations, presentation, and organization skills.
    • Ability to operate in a very fast paced environment with multiple high-level priorities.
    • Must live in assigned territory and have the ability to work from a remote home office. Out-of-town travel required.

    QA Engineer - Cape Town

    Responsibilities: 

    • Define and execute automated test strategies, using industry Best Practices in the design.
    • Interpret the results of manual and automated tests at both the Application Program and user interface layers.
    • Applies defined software testing practices and procedures to drive quality and testability of products and services.
    • Exercise’s judgment in application of methods and procedures to evaluate quality products and services.
    • Builds productive internal and external relationships that are essential to delivering quality products and services.
    • Works independently, with general instructions on assignments.
    • Develops software testing requirements, test cases, and test plans.
    • Report’s software defects in detail with information gathered from customers, tech support or other internal resources.
    • Analyzes offerings against functional and non-functional requirements.
    • Creates clearly documented plans, designs and results.
    • Contributes to design and code review sessions.
    • Learns new emerging functional and technical skills that are relevant to MRI Software.


    Knowledge and Experience: 

    • 1-2 years in Software QA Testing and Test Automation
    • Experience in enterprise software testing and development for large corporate clients.
    • Experience with UI automation tools and performance testing tools a plus.
    • Software testing experience (manual and automation)
    • Experience using code deployment tools (eg Puppet, Ansible, Chef, etc.)
    • Deployment Tools (eg. Jenkins, TeamCity, etc.)
    • Integration with code repositories (eg GitLAB, GitHUB, BitBucket, etc.)
    • Expertise in software development methodologies (Agile)
    • Knowledge of branching and merging strategies (Git Flow, etc.)
    • 1-2 years’ experience in software quality assurance functions, including:
    • Test case and test script development.
    • Test planning and large-scale regression test planning and execution.
    • Executing automated test strategies.
    • 2+ years formal testing experience
    • 2+ Test Automation Engineering experience
    • 2+ years SQL skills
    • 1 year Cloud exposure (Amazon, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
    • 1 year Microservices exposure
    • 1 year DevOps, CI/CD exposure

    Skills: 

    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective organizational, time management, prioritization & communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments.

    Software Engineer -Cape Town

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop software features in a self-sufficient way and to a high technical standard
    • Understanding the system architecture and technical goals of the product
    • Follow development process (source control, branching, testing etc.) without assistance
    • Actively troubleshoot issues and assist with complex support queries which require further analysis
    • Taking part in team rituals such as stand-ups, planning sessions, demos and retrospectives
    • Taking part in team activities such as collaborative-development and code-reviews
    • Taking part in cross-team activities such as knowledge-sharing and documentation
    • Building relationships with all other teams in the product development department

    Essential Criteria:

    • A Degree or Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related area, or equivalent years of experience.
    • Demonstrable experience in .Net (C#, ASP.Net, Core, MVC, Razor Views)
    • Demonstrable experience in JavaScript (Native / Typescript / JQuery)
    • Demonstrable experience in SQL (Microsoft SQL Server)

    Advantageous Criteria:

    • Experience using cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure, API Management tools)
    • Experience in writing Unit Tests (NUnit, xUnit, Jasmine)
    • Experience in a CMS (preferably Umbraco)
    • Experience in working with Micro-Service architecture / patterns
