    Commercial Performance Manager

    Job Purpose

    Working very closely with the Regional CEO to revolutionise the APAC and North/Centra/Eastern Europe Co-Working Markets by initiating and executing key strategic projects. This includes providing commercial performance analysis, driving process improvements and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive market specific growth and operations programmes that deliver growth in sales, profit, margin and network growth.
    • Use trend analysis to identify emerging problems/issues either in a particular product or service and propose solutions.
    • Undertake ad hoc pieces of investigative analysis to identify (under or over) performance hotspots and issues.
    • Help ensure we have performance plans in place for each centre.
    • Other ad hoc analysis and projects as required.

    Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

    • Graduate with a degree from a top tier institution.
    • Experience in a commercial role in either a consultancy or fast-paced organisation.  
    • A naturally analytical person with a proven ability to problem solve.
    • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
    • Expert use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, e.g. advanced use of formula’s pivot tables, and VBA/Macro’s.
    • Advanced experience using and building data and analysis dashboards, e.g. Tableau, Power BI as well as experience in using SQL.
    • Proficient in building complex financial models, forecasting and analysis.

    • You create collateral, training, FAQs, presentations, white papers that are simple, complete, precise, and accessible to anyone that needs them.

    Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

    • Graduate with a degree from a top tier institution.
    • Ideally trained in a post-graduate corporate programme.
    • Outstanding track record of success, you will have outperformed your peer group in not just academia but in extracurricular activities as well e.g. entrepreneurship, sports, music etc.
    • Experience in a highly commercial role, working in a complex, multi-channel and international environment.
    • Ability to successfully influence multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
    • A strong, confident decision maker with a proactive approach.
    • Prioritises well and can manage in a high-pressure environment whilst working to tight deadlines.
    • Outstanding leadership skills.
    • Experience of working within a commercial environment at Management level.

    Credit Controller - Freelancer

    Job Description

    Collect overdue payments from our customers via the phone.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Manage a portfolio of customers with overdue invoices
    • Persuade customers to sign up for automatic forms of payments (direct debit, credit card)
    • Flag accounts that require follow up by the (legal) collection team
    • Keep track of progress in our collection system
    • Deliver against a set of agreed performance targets

    Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

    • Good communication skills, persuasive style.
    • Results focussed.
    • Organised and good time management skills.
    • Self-starter who takes direction but needs limited supervision.
    • Previous experience of debt collection useful but not essential.
