    Services Spare Parts Specialist

    Job Summary

    Tetra Pak South Africa is looking for Service Spare Parts Controller to manage performance of Parts Control solutions on the market with our key customers.

    The position will be a 6-months temporary position and will be based in Johannesburg, Bedfordview.

    What you will do

    • Perform regular parts consumption analysis and stocks optimization.
    • Perform regular stock cost control and optimization.
    • Perform regular analysis on customer stock obsolete parts and optimize replacement process.
    • Participate in the regular stock take at customers.
    • Respond Customer queries on parts availability, cost and orders.
    • Deliver ePIMS training to customers and internally.
    • Perform monthly reporting on stock movement.

    We believe you have

    • A college degree or above with a major in mechanical and electrical is beneficial.
    • Working experience in warehouse management related role.
    • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
    • SAP, TPMS and PIV experience is beneficial.
    • Willingness to develop.
    • Fluent English is mandatory.

    Global Expert - Electrical Engineering

    Job Summary

    • The Engineering Excellence Platforms & Tools organisation within Processing Solutions & Equipment support the global engineering workforce in driving engineering excellence, productivity and capability development. Our role is to pro-actively drive productivity through standardisation, best practices and reusable design.

    • As our Global Expert in Electrical Engineering you will be part of a team with specific focus areas within Electrical Standardisation & Support. In this senior role you have the possibility to combine your technical, strategical and people management skills.
    • This position can be based in almost any of our locations at Tetra Pak since you will work in a global arena. You will travel around 10-20% of your time on shorter, planned business trips from time to time.

    What you will do
    As our new colleague, you will:

    • Drive creation and sharing of best practises and reusable solution concepts within the Electrical design network to ensure efficiency in Tetra Pak deliveries from pre-projects until the final validation of the installation
    • Develop External contractors in conjunction with the Project Centres to be able to design the engineering documents and solutions for our projects
    • You will drive standardization of our requirements for components, electrical engineering, cabinets and installations
    • Secure the strategic direction in the area and work pro-actively with support to Project Centres and Business Streams to build and improve capabilities 

    To be successful in this role we believe you have

    • An industrial electrical background (Bachelor or Master degree) both in theory and practically 
    • Thorough knowledge in using EPLAN, particularly in developing templates and macros, to support efficient design of LV and ELV electrical systems.
    • Solid experience from the electrical design area and have recognized skills in low voltage installations in liquid food industry.
    • Experience from working with design of low voltage power cabinets, automation control cabinets and electrical installations at customers sites. You’re skilled in and know how to apply relevant rules and laws (e.g. EN 60204, EN 60364, IEC 61439) into our way of working.
    • A very good command of English, both written and verbal is a must.

    We are creating a new organization with the aim to put a well-defined and standardized global Customs & Import operating model in place across all relevant dimensions, from compliance, customer service, operational efficiency to leveraging free-trade agreements and customs costs. 

    We are now looking for a professional Customs Management Business Partner who will drive and implement import and export processes excellence and best practices, enforce global guidance and standards and be responsible to monitoring regional risk and regulatory developments. The responsibility in the position involves identifying local, regional, and global trends and opportunities that impact our organization. You will work directly with global and regional teams to gather requirements from businesses and build strong relationships with stakeholders. 

    The location is flexible, and you could be based in any Tetra Pak office globally, but the preferred location would be within CET time zone proximity. This is a permanent position, and we expect 30-50% travelling. 

    What you will do

    As Customs Management Business Partner, you will: 

    • Work close under regular basis with our legal entities and other Tetra Pak entities responsible for trade flows
    • Key speaking partner for the business in terms of tactical and strategic customs topics and interacting with key businesses stakeholders to increase awareness of customs
    • Early involvement in any project that could change flow of goods, trade flow etc. and/or any activity that could impact customs (opportunities, challenges, change in duty cost etc.)
    • Regular performance updates in regard to customs (clearance time, delays etc.)
    • Keep the management team updated with customs regulatory changes and specific KPIs
    • Being an expert in knowing how specific customs related actions can be implemented for businesses and represent each business specific needs in the customs organization
    • Representing each business specific needs during the implementation and design of the organization 
    • Responsible to monitoring regional risk and regulatory developments
    • Support the implementation of the new organization – import and export
    • Develop a deep understanding of the business strategy to ensure that the role delivers aligned solutions regarding customs management and compliance

    We believe you have

    • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field
    • At least 5 years of experience from working as a Business Partner
    • Experience from working in Power BI 
    • An innovation mindset and a drive to find solutions and opportunities
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to identify and communicate key issues for resolution
    • Strong collaboration and conflict management skills 
    • Fluent in English is required

    Services Key Account Manager

    Job Summary

    Tetra Pak South Africa is looking for a Services Key Account Manager who will be based in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will report directly to the Services Director. The Service Key Account Manager will be the main interface for key customer accounts on the service business and all technical matters including quality and apply value selling to grow the service business in profitable way based on deep knowledge of customer operations and needs.

    What you will do

    • Manage customer relationship from a service perspective through a structured communication approach
    • Understand customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis
    • Create, implement and follow-up service account plans in alignment with customer and account team
    • Create, implement and follow-up quality plans per account in line with customer and account team
    • Identify sales opportunities, create solution and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals and drive growth of profitable service contracts
    • Manage internal interfaces and customer to assure efficient delivery of service and quality account plans
    • Support resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communication with customer and issue driver

    We believe you have

    • BSc Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is preferred
    • 5-10 years’ experience a Services Key Account Manager role (Preferably in the Food Processing & Packaging industry)
    • Knowledge of specialized Tetra Pak processing and packaging machinery would be advantageous
    • Customer relationship management experience
    • High level of customer focus  
    • Experience in value-add selling of product offerings
    • Proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel etc.
    • SAP knowledge an advantage
    • Willing and able to travel extensively (both nationally & internationally)
