Identify and record faulty, inaccessible, tampered, or illegal connections;
Ensure meters are read within prescribed billing cycles.
Data Collection and Reporting, including verifying meter numbers, customer details, and meter locations;
Submit completed meter reading sheets or electronic data timeously;
Reporting discrepancies, irregular consumption patterns, and anomalies to the supervisor; and maintain confidentiality and integrity of consumer information.
