    Manager Performance Marketing

    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

    • Fully support and drive EM South objectives, to accelerate growth of the business conducted via its own eCom channels through Leading Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Paid Social, Affiliate and Audience Management activities to establish the adidas owned digital channels as the online destinations of choice.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Lead in devising and implementing the Performance marketing strategy for eCommerce and revenue focused Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Paid Social and Affiliate marketing in South Africa.
    • Accountable for the phasing and allocation of the Performance Media budget. Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly planning and budget/revenue forecasting.
    • Ensure accurate and regular testing, reporting, optimisation and analysis is implemented across Performance Media activities to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements. This should be done at a channel, audience and creative level.
    • Responsible for top & bottom line growth to achieve sales, ROI and total contribution targets.
    • Collaborate and manage the relationship with media agency to meet agreed targets.
    • Work cross-functionally with Brand, eCom and Retail stakeholders within Emerging Markets Hub team and EM South to create synergies and drive opportunities.
    • Own the relationship with 3rd party partners in the areas of content localization and feed management and optimization.
    • Lead point of contact for EM South with major Search Engines, external Media Agency, Ad Technology Vendors and Data Management Platforms.
    • Responsible for accurate and timely processing of 3rd party vendor invoice reconciliation and approval.
    • Monitor Paid Search, Programmatic and Audience Management best practices and implement new features where possible.KPIs
    • Marketing Budget allocation and phasing.
    • Traffic, revenue and return on ad spend resulting from Performance Media activity.
    • Audience Management efficacy.
    • Relationship with and management of media agency.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Bachelor Degree required, with 5+ years relevant digital marketing experience. (agency or client side)
    • Experience in forecasting, planning & managing large budgets split across multiple channels and campaigns
    • A deep understanding of audience management, analytics, reporting and optimization
    • Ability to lead digital marketing activity across multiple channels
    • Hands-on skill managing high volume growth targets for complex performance orientated campaigns.
    • Ability to effectively develop and maintain relationships with and manage 3rd party partners
    • Working knowledge of TrueClicks, GMP, Google AdWords, DoubleClick Search, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics, Facebook Advertising and Programmatic Buying
    • Understanding of analytics platforms and attribution modelling is valuable
    • Strong communication skills: written & oral and ability to quickly build strong relationships

    HR Specialist - Payroll and Admin

    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

    • To ensure the delivery of efficient and accurate HR administration and payroll support, managing all data inputs, queries, and processes with 100% accuracy and within required timelines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Payroll
    • Collaborate with the Payroll Team Lead and Global Business Services (GBS) to process payroll accurately  and on time.
    • Collect, review, and process time, attendance, and leave data for retail staff.
    • Prepare detailed payroll reports, including WCA, GL, and leave provisions, and handle EMP201 submissions to SARS.
    • Manage UIF documentation and monthly declarations to the Department of Labour.
    • Reconcile third-party payments, prepare summaries, and oversee benefit onboarding/offboarding with the Benefits Consultant.
    • Resolve payroll-related queries and escalate issues as needed.
    • Drive process improvements and efficiency within payroll operations.
    • Conduct variance analysis during payroll cycles.

    Administration

    • Collaborate with Payroll Team Lead and GBS teams to ensure accurate employee records.
    • Manage and update the HR SharePoint, ensuring all documents are compliant and up-to-date.
    • Securely store employment data for all new hires in online folders.
    • Create and distribute SAP and Employment Equity (EE) reports to support business operations and compliance.

    Executive Assistant - EM South

    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

    • To provide proactive administrative, organisational, and logistical service to several Senior Leadership Team Directors & their teams. Act as the point of contact between Directors and internal/external clients. This position will be of key importance within the organisation and the successful candidate must have previous secretarial and administrative skills at an executive level. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and organise their workload and to use their initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide a full range of personal and executive secretarial support to the Directors including general administration work (as well as MD if required).
    • Full management of Directors electronic diaries, organising meetings, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
    • Manage Directors travel arrangements and expenses (including visas/accommodation) occasionally extending to teams if necessary.
    • Process Directors correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate.
    • Maintain Directors office systems, including data management, filing, docusign uploads and alive approvals.
    • Maintain records of Directors contacts.
    • Manage functional team budget T&E and maintain functional org charts.
    • Raise functional POs as and when necessary.
    • Complete travel and expense reports for the Directors.
    • Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.

    • Work as part of a PA pool supporting the GM’s PA with business-critical projects as and when necessary.
    • Occasional reception relief over unplanned periods. Answering incoming calls, responding to enquiries, transferring calls and taking messages. Meeting and greeting clients.
    • Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Directors/PA to MD.

    Senior Brand Director - EM South

    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
