    Product Specialist - DBN

    You Bring:

    • Degree or diploma is preferred.
    • 2 -3 years’ work experience with a proven track record in a product specialist role.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • A minimum of 2 years Sports Betting & Casino Gaming industry knowledge.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Technical Guidance: Providing expert guidance on specific technologies, programming languages, frameworks, and tools relevant to the software development process.
    • Problem Solving: Assisting the development team in overcoming technical challenges, bugs, and issues by leveraging their deep understanding of the subject matter.

    Software Delivery Lead (CPT)

    You Bring:

    • At least 10 years in a technical role within the IT industry.
    • At least 3-5 years’ experience managing/leading software development cross functional teams.
    • Experience facilitating timely product/project delivery.

    What You’ll Do:

    SDLC Management

    • Is responsible for each phase of the product or project life cycle, end-to-end from inception, growth, maturity to decline. Where applicable this includes inception, requirement, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, infrastructure, capacity, performance, support, monitoring and decommissioning as required.
    • Aligns development roadmap with business, clients (internal and external) and technology through collaboration with multiple team members.
    • Manages issues with appropriate urgency which includes resolution and communication with stakeholders in conjunction with the support/post deployment process.
    • Prioritises and plans of backlogs/demand pipelines and product roadmaps.
    • Define, track and measure product Business Benefit Realisation as appropriate to your product development space.
    • Maintains sound technical understanding and in-depth product as well as general group product and system knowledge.

    Talent Analyst (DBN)

    You Bring:

    • Completed Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Analytics, Business Administration, or related.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a Talent, HR, Marketing Analysis, or Business Analysis role (HR preferred).

    Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Communication: Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. Present reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and yearly. Present key findings, trend analysis, and cost analysis to strategise what’s best for business.

    Compliance and Best Practices

    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR analytics. Ensure the Team is notified of relevant policy/system and IT-regulated changes and that it is being adhered to. Conduct regular quality assurance on the current processes and modules within the Talent, People and Development Teams.
