- Identifying causes of electrical dysfunctions and repairing
- Compliance with all electrical work to SANS0142
- Devising and implementing electrical maintenance plans
- Complete required legal inspections and maintain the required SHE system

- Install, align and dismantle heavy industrial machinery and equipment

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Develop, and implement safety, health and environment (SHE) management system in line with internal and ISO standards
- Ensure compliance to the Management System and standards requirements
- Administrating the Controlled Documents Management system according to internal and ISO standards
- Coordinate documents to be implemented and incorporated on the SHE Management System

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Maintain master data (iReceiving and issuing goods and services on SAP
- Ensures that all goods received are addressed to Lafarge Lichtenburg by checking the delivery note
- Offload the goods in a safe manner and ensure that quantities are correct by comparing goods with quantities on the delivery note and PO
- Visually inspect delivered goods for damage and correctness and compare with PO requirements
- Signs the delivery note and hands one copy to the driver
- Enter the order number stated on the delivery note into SAP and determine whether goods are stock items or direct orders. Capture the required information in SAP. Capture GRN number on D/Note
- If items are in stock, allocate a Material code number to each stock item and bin location
- Place stock items in the appropriate bins provided in the store
- File the delivery notes
- All receipts are to be done within the same time of receiving goods. All queries are to be brought to the Supervisor immediately
- Spares to be issued only with a reservation or work order
- Ensure that items taken are reflected on reservation, correct material code, quantity and approved by
- No reservation no item leaves the warehouse
- After-hours issues to be followed up on the daily tracker if a reservation was created or not. If not, inform the Warehouse Supervisor and the responsible person that took the item
