    KZA_IT Support/ IT Admin

    Your tasks

    • Complete set up of laptops and mobile phones for the Krones South staff
    • IT onboarding and induction to new employees regarding hardware and software systems at Krones
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing direct support to end-users to ensure optimal functionality of the locally managed IT landscape.
    • Maintain IT systems, including printers, AV, Access Control, CCTV, servers, storage, network devices, and virtualization platforms in collaboration with HQ IT.
    • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of all IT systems.
    • Identify the best local service providers for mobile and IT solutions.
    • Coordinate with IT services/solutions providers for desktop computing equipment and locally managed infrastructure
    • Develop and execute local IT projects, upgrades, and migrations.
    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices to optimize IT operations and support business growth in collaboration with regional IT and KAG.
    • Maintain relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective procurement of hardware and software.
    • Assist with troubleshooting of network and server equipment as needed.
    • Define the IT requirements for all Krones locations in Southern Africa
    • Plan and manage the local annual IT CAPEX / OPEX budget.
    • Recommendations for upgrades to meet the requirements from KAG.
    • Manage the local requirements of mobile and IT equipment for staff.
    • Participate in the enforcement of Krones IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
    • Develop and maintain system documentation, including network diagrams, configuration details, and standard operating procedures.
    • Ensure information security and data protection measures are in place in line with ISO 27001 standards & organize awareness sessions for the end-users on a regular basis.

    Your profile

    • Minimum 5 years in an IT support role for a medium to large size company
    • Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
    • Advanced Knowledge in MS Office 365 suite applications.
    • Hands-on experience with IT equipment and network infrastructure, including printers, switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks
    • Ability to liaise with all levels of management and staff
    • Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL Professional, CompTIA A+, and/or Microsoft IT Support

    KZA_Warehouse - Team Leader

    Your tasks

    • Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
    • Develop and maintain documented warehouse operations by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate pass processes, and shipping methods.
    • Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
    • Implement relevant KPIs and Monitor daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
    • Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
    • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.
    • Manage inventory accurately through monitoring of daily warehouse activities (i.e. Regular cycle counts, Annual Stock take, 3PL offsite stock verification, etc.)
    • Co-ordinate efficient operation of the warehouse within operating processes as defined by SAP operating system. And implemented KPIs.
    • Create and maintain documented:
    • SOP’s for all warehouse work done
    • Skills Matrix between WH employees
    • Training register for the WH employees
    • Ensure schedules and deadlines are met (OTD KPI)
    • Effective Communication and Change Management
    • Supervision of all warehouse staff assisting staff with their daily workload when necessary and ensuring high standards of work practices
    • Prioritization of urgent orders through alignment with internal stakeholders (LCS, Sales, PM’s etc.)
    • Liaise with the LCS Co-Ordinator's and ensure orders are picked timeously, establishing clear Plan versus Actual monitoring.
    • Maintain high standard of Housekeeping – Experience implementing 5S (sort, sustain, set in order, standardize, shine) essential.
    • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Achieving and improving warehouse KPI’s as defined by the company.
    • Manage the process of returns from the customers.
    • Processing of cancelled sales orders
    • Responsibility for the standby process
    • Responsibility for maintaining the pool cars in good order.
    • Warehouse working hours management.

    Your profile

    • Matric
    • Logistics/ Material Management Qualification
    • Forklift License
    • Three or more years of experience in a warehouse role managing employees.
    • Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
    • Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal.

    KZA_Team Leader - Service Admin

    Your tasks

    • Ensuring the team members have a solid understanding of the Krones Southern Africa Service Admin processes (Quotations, Timesheet Verification, Overtime, Expenses and S&T, Travel Invoices, Subcontractor Invoices, Reconcile Projects, Capturing of times, Final Quotations andInvoices, reclamation management support)
    • Providing teams with information about recent developments, programs, and policy changes of management. in the business
    • Delegating tasks to team with set timelines.
    • Identify training needs and ensuring team members are trained in accordance to their needs and company job requirement.
    • Total responsibility for tracking, assessing and documenting Service Admin team’s performance, in line with the Krones HR Guidelines.
    • Collaborating closely between departments (LCS and Service, Finance, HR) on daily business processes regarding finance queries, project service admin and identifying gaps within that process, collaboration and share areas or ideas of improvement. Ensure the knowledge of the team members is reflected in those suggestions.
    • Over-see day-to-day activities of the Service Admin Team.
    • Ensure response time on internal and external queries is handled according to expectations and met by the team.
    • Implementation of new processes and improving procedures within the Service Admin team to streamline the work-flows.
    • Clarification support with Germany on quotations and invoices if required.
    • Run monthly 1-2-1 and feedback sessions with individuals.
    • Organize, manage and run regular meetings with the team.
    • Active involvement in the hiring of all new staff within their team.
    • Active involvement when required for employee and team development.
    • Proactive participation in personal development in consultation with the HOD Service
    • Support the Service Coordinators in report generation as requested by the Head of Service (eg. weekly financial reports for NM and LCS service business unit)

    Your profile

    • Tertiary qualification, preferably in administration and Formal Management Qualification/Certification
    • Training in situational leadership or similar
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a team lead role of 3 or more people
    • Team and individual training and performance management experience
    • MS Office knowledge
    • SAP and CRM knowledge
    • Customer orientated, and excellent communication skills
    • Good analytical skills
    • Degree in Business Admin or related qualification
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience within the FMCG industry
    • Knowledge of the Krones AG portfolio
    • Knowledge of the “Yes Youth” program and mentoring and development of members in the team
