Duties

OHS Act Compliance:

• Ensure Statutory compliance

Responsible for MTTR & MTBF analysis:

• Identify problematic equipment
• Determine AM & PPM focus areas
• Review Work Order & Schedule Compliance
• Review Resource Utilisation
• Review critical, PPM & AM spares lists
• Review and analyse 5-Why analysis
• Advance problem solving and collaboration with Reliability Engineer
• Paricipate in root cause analysis investigation
• Execution of reliability improvement projects

Budget Control / Cost Management:

• Approve purchase orders within certain cost limit
• Obtain quotations from external service providers 5S
• Drive 5S principles

Qualifications

• Equivalent of a tertiary qualification in Accounting or similar.

Experience

• 3-5 years’ experience in a full function Accounts Payable role

Duties

• Receive invoices from suppliers for processing on the system 
• Obtain appropriate allocations for invoices from sundry suppliers and ensure invoices are authorized for payment
• Match invoices to GRN and POD via AX Dynamics
• Inspect invoices and determine if it meets the requirements of a tax invoice for the allocation and claim of VAT Input
• Process and  match invoices on the system once they have been authorized via purchase orders
• Obtain creditors’ statement and prepare the creditors’ reconciliation to determine the payment
• Generate EFT payment on AX Dynamics and import to the banking systems
• For EFT payments, ensure that all payments have been authorized and have been released successfully.
• File all relevant payment recons & invoices appropriately
• Follow up on any outstanding queries relating to invoices that could not be processed for payment and any other supplier issues
• Cash Flow Management
• GRNI management and analysis
• Creditors ageing management and analysis
• AP related special projects
• Preparing and posting accruals
• Master data update and maintenance
• Filing & metro-filing
• Journals

Qualifications

• Matric /Grade 12 with  (Maths and Science)
• Forklift and Cherry picker license will be an advantage

Experience

• 2-5 Years’ experience
• Experience in civil work 
• Preference to experience in building environment
• Candidates need to have an electrical background or a Tertiary certificate in an electricity background

Qualifications

Experience

• 3 -5 years’ relevant experience within a liquid fertilizer facility.
• Production experience will be beneficial. 
• A strong mechanical aptitude would be beneficial.

Duties

• Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the Plant
• Work closely with personnel to review product consistency while monitoring consistently to determine trends and areas of improvement,
• Work closely with the Environmental Health and Safety Manager to ensure all members of the team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace for our employees,
• Maintain and support a superior safety and housekeeping program, including all timely communication initiatives,
• Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment,
• Remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals,
• Remove waste and constraints from the production process to improve efficiencies and enhance productivity,
• Ensure the plant and equipment is implemented and maintained in accordance with Engineering standards, local and statutory legislation, ISO systems and Health & Safety legislation,
• To develop and lead the continuous improvement activities within the team,
• Escalate and assist in resolving any production problems,
• Escalate and assist in dealing with staff issues and concerns,
• Assist with the development and training of production staff,
• Interface extensively with the Marketing and Client environments.

Qualifications

• 1 year demonstrated Isometrics demonstrated experience
• 1 year demonstrated SHERQ administration

Experience

• 3 years relevant demonstrated experience in general administration
• 2 years’ demonstrated experience in AX administration

Duties

Accurate, real-time captured stock movement

• Timeously process related transactions with a high level of accuracy on AX/QAD or other
• Order Expediting and Distribution
• Generate and/or Print System Delivery Notes before consignments are dispatched
• Assist stock controller with variance fault finding

Procurement compliant with company policies

• Request quotes where applicable
• Process requisitions and purchase orders on relevant systems
• Process (logistics) purchase agreements and load information
• Follow-up on delivery of products ordered
• Generate and expedite purchase orders, including PPE, consumables, packaging material, seals, stationery, ad hoc repair and maintenance to fleet and facilities

Consolidated, accurate and verified information

• Reconcile and process overtime and applicable payroll information on relevant systems
• Update asset records on relevant systems, including fleet and asset register
• Recon site petty cash records and create summary reports
• Coordinate application process for transport permits

Accurate filing and document control

• E-filing on SharePoint or physical document filing as required to ensure compliance
• Reconcile and file customer signed Delivery Notes

Scheduled training

• Schedule related training as required, including medicals and induction.
• Keep training records up to date and assist with making these available during auditing

Captured verified SHERQ information and compliance (where applicable)

• Record relevant incident and resource utilization information on SHERQ system
• Prepare monthly SHERQ summary report and submit to Safety Officer
•  Maintain contractors pack to ensure standard SHE due diligence
• Maintain on-site safety files in accordance with Occupational health and Safety Policy
