    • We are looking for tech savvy, retail inclined individuals with great communication skills to join our team.

    Call Centre Agent

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support, assistance and resolution in line with the iStore trading hours
    • Achievement of targets
    • Adherence to contact centre processes and procedures
    • Handle complaints, answer queries and provide support and general information
    • Be fully conversant with the Core Group's client care and client satisfaction policies and service level undertakings
    • Display a passion for client service, client satisfaction and commitment to meeting and meeting and exceeding client expectations

    Senior Multimedia Designer

    Requirements:
    Educational requirements:

    • National Level Qualification or higher in graphic design, digital design, film, or a related field.

    Experience required:

    • Have 6+ years design experience in an in-house creative department or agency type environment -
    • specialising in creative asset creation for Web | Mail | Digital | Social | Display | Print
    • Proficient in using Apple products (i.e. Mac)
    • Complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing skills and experience.
    • Proficient in current design and layout software, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite

    Channel Operations Representative

    Position Overview :

    • As a Channel Operations Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our channel partners and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
    • You will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with our channel partners, providing them with the necessary support, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external partners.

    Requirements :

    • Matric Certificate is compulsory. 
    • Relevant Qualifications will be advantageous . 
    • Minimum 3-5 years Proven experience in channel management, operations, or sales support roles.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Must be able to facilitate Training and work with large groups . 
    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of Technology and channel management best practices is preferred.
