Key Accountabilities:

• Space Planning: Collaborating with the spatial planning team to develop efficient and aesthetically pleasing layouts for various projects.
• Floor Plan Creation: Utilizing your expertise to generate detailed floor plans tailored to specific requirements.
• 3D Store Model Review: Conduct thorough reviews of existing 3D store models, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information and materiality.
• Rendering: Proficiently rendering store models to enhance visual representation and realism.
• Construction Drawing Creation: Using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to produce simple but clear and concise construction drawings.
• Furniture Library Management: 3D modeling/rendering and organizing furniture assets within the Revit environment.
• Visualization: Rendering store models and furniture using Enscape for realistic and compelling visualizations.
• Collaboration: Assisting in drawing the conceptual 3d Models of shop-fits and installations alongside our stylist, contributing to cohesive and impactful designs.

Technical Skills:

• Strong skills in Revit 3D modeling, floor plans, and drawing complex furniture in 3D
• Experience in creating and reviewing Construction Drawings using CAD
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to Model in Revit & Autocad
• Team player

Job Description

• This position is responsible for providing an excellent service to all Weylandts clients. You will be required to use excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills to grow your sales pipeline.
• This position will be based in our Fourways Showroom in Johannesburg. 

 Main Accountabilities: 

 Financial Management

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and YTD –
• Cash Collected (Net of VAT), and
• Discount Target
• Drive new sales opportunities through a variety of innovative methods

 Customer/ Brand Management 360°

• Drive exceptional customer service with full accountability for customer engagement and communication
• Assist clients and ensure that their needs are identified and met
• Act as the single point of contact for the client
• Ensure that care instructions are explained
• Maintain general housekeeping and ensure that all items are priced and displayed correctly
• Ensure training compliance in line with company policy

 Operational Management

• Ensure that processes detailed below are executed efficiently and as per company policy
• Sales Orders
• Account Management
• SR Management / Resolution
• Stock take
• Studio Referral
• Decorator / Partner Program

 Qualifications: 

• Grade 12/ Matric
• Relevant diploma/ degree advantageous e.g. Interior Design

 Experience and skills: 

• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience
• Previous experience in consumer-centric environment
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills
• Comfortable working with different systems and technology, including POS and stock management systems
• Must be available to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
• Passionate about décor and Weylandts furniture and homeware products.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle essential
