    Sales Representative - Bellville

    Job Description

    • Strengthen and expand business with existing customer base.
    • Actively develop new business and be prepared to invest in promoting the product range to new customers.
    • Provide hands on customer service.
    • Develop and execute sales and marketing plan of various customers in the industry.
    • Manage customer prices and margins within set company parameters.
    • Manage a varied portfolio for customers.
    • Monthly, quarterly, and annual business reports and presentations.
    • Work with Sales Manager and Product Managers to grow product portfolio.
    • Preparation of annual budgets
    • Ensure company policy, procedures and group SHEQ standards are adhered to and maintained

    Qualifications & Experience

    Site Manager - eMalahleni

    Job Description

    • Operate in a safe and efficient manner at company and customer sites.
    • Generate Explosive Engineering recommendations to customers.
    • Co-ordinate effective utilization of people and equipment resources and manage site to AECI World Class Standards
    • Conduct research and development for improved blasting practices.
    • Competent operation of technical blasting tools.
    • Responsible for logistics of supply of explosives products for blasting.
    • Responsible for maintenance of World Class Standards.
    • Conducts post blast evaluation.

    • Compile monthly Environmental Report and maintain site’s compliance to ISO14001 standard.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Grade 12.
    • Valid Drivers Licence
    • The applicants must be able to obtain a Red Ticket and a PrDP
    • Mechanical aptitude
    • Diploma in Explosives Technology/and, or/Level Two of Technical Development Program will be an advantage
    • Minimum of 3 years in an explosives & mining environment.
    • Surface Blasting certificate is essential
    • A minimum of 5 years opencast experience, of which a minimum of two years has been in a supervisory position

    Field Services Superintendent - Lime Acres

    Job Description

    • Monitor the supply of emulsion, ANPP and Sodium Nitrite and ensure that procedures and operating instructions are adhered to.
    • Maintain accurate records of such stocks and submit cycle counts in SAP/R3 timeously.
    • Ensure that scheduled maintenance of equipment is carried out as specified in the maintenance manual.
    • Trouble-shoot and initiate appropriate corrective action when necessary.
    • Monitor and advise mine personnel on best charging practices and product application.
    • Ensure the charging units’ logbooks are maintained and updated and that MMU utilisation data is recorded.
    • Maintain logbook and be accountable for the utility vehicle(s) on site
    • Hold the necessary site meetings and have proof of such on file.
    • Ensure that waste is removed from site and logged on the weekly report.
    • Communicate regularly with customers
    • Perform daily quality checks on the products used and carry out PJO’s and on-bench inspections as per World Class standards
    • Ensure that the site is brought up to World Class standard and maintained above 90% on all relevant pillars.
    • Growth of the Operators and Assistants
    • Responsible for full Magazine Master duties
    • Monitor the supply of emulsion, packaged explosives and initiating systems and ensure that procedures and operating instructions are adhered to.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Grade 12
    • Surface Blasting certificate is essential.
    • Valid Code (EB) Drivers License.
    • Analytical thinking, Interpersonal Awareness, Critical Information Seeking, Development Orientation, Customer Service Orientation, Safety Awareness
    • Previous experience in opencast mining will be advantageous
    • Extensive knowledge of the World Class System will be advantageous.

    • Managing and strategically growing a portfolio of health and nutrition products strategically into markets in SA and Southern Africa
    • Managing a portfolio of key account customers and suppliers

    • Identify new market and product opportunities.
    • Multi-level relationships and price negotiations at customers.
