    Senior Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Analyst

    Purpose of the job

    • We are looking for a skilled and proactive Sr. Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Analyst to join our Security Operations team. This role focuses on protecting sensitive data across endpoints, cloud services, and email channels by managing and evolving our DLP technologies, policies, and controls.
    • You will be a key influencer to the design and enforcement of security policies and conditional access, working closely with internal stakeholders to safeguard information and support regulatory compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and investigate DLP alerts generated by Microsoft Purview, Egress, and endpoint agents across Intune (Windows) and JAMF (macOS).
    • Administer and maintain DLP tools and technologies, ensuring they are configured correctly and functioning as intended.
    • Analyze incidents to determine true positives, identify root causes, and recommend remediation actions.
    • Define, implement, and review DLP policies, data classification, and conditional access rules to ensure alignment with business needs, regulatory requirements and to stay current with evolving threats and industry standards.
    • Lead discussions with Information Security, Compliance, Legal, HR, and IT to identify and mitigate data handling risks.
    • Conduct periodic reviews of data movement patterns and access controls to ensure ongoing policy effectiveness.
    • Maintain security configurations in Microsoft Intune and JAMF Pro to support DLP enforcement at the endpoint level.
    • Lead the development and execution governance and lifecycle of security policies, including documentation, change control, exception handling, and awareness efforts.
    • Responsible for audit and compliance reporting for data protection controls and assist with incident investigations involving potential data exposure.
    • Develop and maintain a playbook for data leakage scenarios, policy violations, and insider threat alerts.
    • Training and Awareness: Develop and conduct training sessions and awareness programs to educate employees on data security best practices and the importance of adhering to DLP policies.
    • Hybrid role, with occasional after-hours support for incident response or high-severity investigations.
    • Participation in on-call rotations may be required for DLP-related incidents.

    Knowledge, skills and experience required

    • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years focused on Data Loss Prevention.
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP, Egress, Microsoft Intune, and JAMF Pro preferred.
    • Strong understanding of data classification, endpoint protection, email encryption, and cloud DLP.
    • Familiarity with conditional access policies, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Zero Trust principles.
    • Working knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
    • Relevant security certifications (e.g., Microsoft SC-400, SC-300, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, GIAC) are highly desirable.
    • 5+ years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or with SIEM integration for DLP events.
    • Knowledge of insider risk detection, UEBA, or behavioral analytics.
    • Experience collaborating in cross-functional global teams on policy development or risk mitigation.

    EUC Engineer

    Purpose of the job

    • The EUC Infrastructure Support Engineer provides advanced technical support to internal users, serving as a key escalation point from the Service Desk and delivering walk-up assistance for local users.
    • This role supports a modern enterprise IT environment across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless, secure, and high-quality technology experiences for employees globally.
    • The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of enterprise device management, modern endpoint security, and an exceptional customer service mindset.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues raised by the Service Desk.
    • Deliver high-touch, in-person support for walk-up users, including troubleshooting hardware/software and resolving user experience issues.
    • Ensure PLA’s are met with the CISO team, OLA’s are met with the Service Desk and other internal departments
    • Provide expert support for Windows 11 Enterprise, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
    • Support and manage devices via Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, JAMF, and PDQ.

    Hands-on experience with:

    • JAMF (macOS device management)
    • PDQ Deploy

    • iOS and Android mobile device configuration and support

    PR and Executive Communications Copywriter, Global

    Purpose of the role

    • This global position will help take the brand’s written communications to the next level – working closely with the Senior PR and Communications Manager and our Global PR agency to ensure efficiency, accuracy and creativity across all PR-related communications.
    • This includes but is not limited to drafting of press releases, reactive/proactive media statements, welcome addresses at media roundtables, and executive briefing and profiling documents.
    • The role will also support with the crafting of content designed to elevate the profiles of our C-Suite executives (shaping, authentic idiosyncratic deliverables that remain aligned with brand tone of voice and guidelines).
    • Helping to proofread, edit and enhance core thought leadership content, and researching and advising the business on key consumer/travel/financial services trends – for inclusion in core media deliverables – will also sit within the remit of this role.
    • The ideal candidate will have over five years of professional experience and a proven ability to craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
    • Experience in a PR agency or within an in-house B2B/B2C Marketing Communications team is required.

    Knowledge, Skills and experience required 

    • Strong experience in a PR agency or in-house Marketing Communications team.
    • Excellent written and spoken English language skills. Strong portfolio of written work showcasing experience in PR-related and executive content. Ideally in the travel or financial services sectors.
    • Ability to write in a variety of styles, plus expertise in adapting core content to amplify across owned channels; ensuring each version authentically presents the person or brand the content is being attributed to.
    • Extremely creative, collaborative, with exceptional stakeholder and communication skills.
    • University degree in relevant topic, eg Marketing, English, Journalism, or equivalent professional qualification.
    • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously within a dynamic and growing business.

    Automation Developer

    Purpose of the job

    • The Developer is tasked to deliver automations to drive successful adoption of automation. In addition to building automations, the Developer will also own deliverables across the automation journey to ensure automation use cases and scenarios are properly built and documented.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Understands all the stages of an Automation journey and describes the role of the RPA Developer in each stage.
    • Designs and implements automation solutions from business and technical requirements. Partners with Business Analysts to define the manual rules used to govern the process, and then translating those rules into automated commands.
