In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:

• Develops, manages, and maintains business relationships with assigned accounts assisting the organization's sales strategy.
• Advocate growth or new business opportunities and cost initiatives.
• Leads, manages and coordinates communication and interfaces with the customer at appropriate levels.
• Oversee establishing and maintaining positive customer relations.
• Supports account strategy and works with key stakeholders in the business to achieve optimum results.
• Accountable for measuring customer satisfaction and creating action plans to improve satisfaction based on data.

To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:

• Good understating the Chinese culture and the way they do business. Fluent in Chinese and English both speaking and writing.
• Willingness of traveling to the mine site across Africa.
• Willingness of going extra mile to meet Chinese customer’s demand
• Have basic project manager experience, pay attention to details and be patient on explaining things to different parties, as well as a deep comprehension of Microsoft Excel etc, as well as the operating system like SAP

In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:

• Warehouse Operations - Utilize warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.
• Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations.
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in core work skills.
• Work at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.
• Remain flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks.

To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:

• Great people skills and communication skills
• 1-2 years of working experience in a similar function preferred
• Knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be advantageous
• 16 ton Forklift and 20 ton overhead crane license will be advantageous.
