    Programme Manager I

    Purpose

    • Provide direction to achieve strategic or operational goals through collaboration and driving delivery and integration of related projects to achieve stakeholder requirements and meet organisational objectives  

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Minimum Qualification - Completed relevant undergrad degree/diploma
    • Preferred Qualification - Project management certification
    • Experience - 7 to10 years project management experience
    • Additional Knowledge - SME in relevant function/field

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and advise on appropriate change strategies in alignment with project requirements that support overall business strategy
    • Deploys integrated risk management, governance and compliance frameworks throughout area of responsibility

    Compliance Monitoring Specialist I

    Purpose

    • To monitor processes and related controls in accordance with compliance methodology and minimum standards and provide support to experienced Regulatory Risk and Compliance professionals that require robust regulatory compliance advice and guidance  

    Experience and Qualifications

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in the development and implementation of compliance related campaigns to create awareness on the importance of compliance as well providing staff and business with knowledge and skills related to compliance
