    Debt Collector - Durban

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric
    • Microsoft Office knowledge
    • At least two years’ experience as a debt collector
    • Effective communication – written and verbal
    • Effective telephone and organisation skills

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Collection of outstanding rentals
    • Sending of SMS’s as defined in the current Debt Collectors procedure
    • Making contact with each arrear unit each month in line with the national strategy and procedure
    • Sending letters electronically/post on required days
    • Meeting with tenants
    • Daily communication with landlords regarding arrears
    • Handing over accounts to Attorneys in line with a signed handover resolution/ owner instructions as required.
    • Daily reviewing the unallocated list to identify payments and process for allocation
    • Addressing client queries
    • Preparation of journals for raising/reversing DCA fees/rentals
    • Debt collection recoveries
    • Addressing Unibrowse exception reports
    • Ensuring weekly/monthly targets are met as set by Management in line with national policies and guidelines
    • Weekly DC meeting with Divisional Manager
    • Acknowledgement of notice and confirmation letter sent to the tenant

    HR and Payroll Administrator - Johannesburg

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Data capturing of all payroll correspondence
    • Managing the Body Corporate Staff leave and overtime
    • Data analysing and reporting
    • Liaising with respective Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Administrators
    • Attending to Payroll queries
    • Attending to HR queries including warnings & disciplinary processes
    • Submissions of WCA
    • SARS submissions of EMP 201’s & EMP 501’s
    • Reconciling payroll 3rd party payments (SARS, UIF, SDL, Garnishees etc.)
    • Assisting the HR Manager when required with various tasks

     Minimum Qualifications required by the position:

    • Tertiary qualification - Human Resources & Payroll 

     Minimum Experience required by the position:

    • Min 3 years’ experience as an HR & Payroll Administrator.
    • Computer literate (MS Office)
    • Effective verbal and written communications skills
    • Conflict management skills
    • Excellent Project management and time management skills
    • Must have dedication and an excellent sense of customer service.
    • Driver’s license and reliable transport
    • Knowledge of updated legislation i.e. LRA, EEA, OHS, etc.

    Insurance Claims Consultant - JHB

    Purpose & objectives of the role:

    • Registration and processing of Insurance Claims
    • Accurate and timeous processing of new claims
    • Appointing of contractors
    • Liaising with owners & portfolio teams
    • Follow up and feedback provided to clients
    • Payment of claims
    • Ensuring a smooth claims process been adhered to at all times, with quick turnaround times

    Role Scope, activities & responsibilities:

    • Consultant to register the claim on the insurance system
    • Make outbound call to the unit owner
    • Verify that a claim has been registered
    • Consultant to advise the owner & contractor of the excess applicable
    • Consultant to send the quotations for damages to the insurer for approval
    • Follow up with insurer for approval & inform contractor to proceed
    • Communicate a date and time with the owner on which the contractor will attend
    • Arrange payment for the contractors invoice
    • Finalize the claim on the insurance system
    • Weekly feedback to be provided

    Skills required:

    • Effective communication skills
    • Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Ability to work within a team environment

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric
    • Higher certificate in short term insurance
    • Must have Insurance administration experience
    • Own transport & license
    • Excellent computer skills and quick learner
    • Training will be provided
