What we need?   

• You'll be responsible for managing our CRM system (HubSpot) to optimize our sales and product marketing funnels, nurture leads, upsell clients, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
• You will report to the head of demand generation. This role requires collaboration with several teams across 11 markets.

What will you be doing? 

• HubSpot Master: You'll be the go-to person for all things HubSpot within our sales and marketing team. This includes configuration, customization, data management, and ongoing optimization.
• Lead Management Champion: You'll own the lead nurturing process, creating targeted email campaigns and workflows within HubSpot to keep leads engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
• Content Crafter: You'll collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling email content for lead nurturing, outreach, and other sales communications.
• Data Detective: You'll analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities, generate reports, and provide insights to improve sales, marketing and content performance.
• Process Pro: You'll develop and maintain best practices for using HubSpot within the sales & marketing team, ensuring everyone is maximizing its capabilities.
• Collaboration Catalyst: You'll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness across the customer journey.

Requirements? 

• Non Negotiable: Minimum 4 years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience using HubSpot for sales, marketing automation, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of lead nurturing best practices and the ability to create targeted email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of upselling -  best practices and the ability to create targeted email campaigns and marketing automation. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Analytical mind with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Want we need?

• You will be responsible for helping our existing customers in the English market to leverage the full power of RoomRaccoon by upselling a range of upgrades. These upgrades range from our own premium services including automated customer upselling and entry-level revenue management to integrations with an extensive marketplace of connectivity partners covering accounting automation, point of sale, door lock, third party revenue management software and much, much more.  

What will you be doing? 

Product and Market Knowledge 

• Identify upsell opportunities by understanding customers' evolving needs and objectives. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and strategies for expanding customer usage. 
• Deliver demos of RaccoonPay and showcase additional benefits to interested hoteliers. 
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product suite, competitor offerings, and pricing. 

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building 

• Proactively engage with hoteliers to understand their business goals, challenges, and objectives. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. 
• Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to monitor progress and satisfaction levels. 
• Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance hoteliers' experiences based on feedback and usage patterns. 
• Provide training and educational resources to empower hoteliers to maximize our products. 

Customer Retention Strategies 

• Develop and execute strategies to proactively address customer concerns and mitigate churn risks. 

Requirements? 

• Non- negotiable: Language requirement: Fluent English 
• 2+ years of work experience in a similar role 
• Hotel experience 
• Experience with upselling & cross-selling
• SaaS experience is advantageous

About the role:  

• The mission of our Head of Product is to help RoomRaccoon become the most adopted hotel management system in the world by ensuring that our Product & Engineering Teams are operating at the highest level possible, according to our One-Page Strategic Plan (OPSP). You will be hands-on, identifying and managing requirements, priorities and the launch (including the development) of new features and solutions. The impact of product & engineering decisions should be made based on the hotelier journey and you will be a key decision-maker, with our CEO & CPO in both the development of our product and the growth of RoomRaccoon.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be - but not limited to: 

• Assisting with creating and managing our product roadmap and product development process
• Working with the Product Manager and CPO to translate the product roadmap into a development schedule for optimisation in terms of our ways of working
• Provide information to the Product Team based on our hoteliers using RoomRaccoon, our sales teams, and marketing team and translate these into product solutions that deliver the value required for our hoteliers
• Understand the financial and commercial impact of our competitors and the features provided
• Be responsible for project managing how we scope and design new features, products, and use cases
• Provide innovative solutions according to sprints and the OPSP
• Provide information on trends in the hotel tech industry and how they impact product development
• On a day-to-day basis, working with the CPO on decision-making, providing facts for operational efficiency and ensuring execution thereof.
• Ensuring the stability of our product is adhered to at all times 
• Balancing the strategy and execution of expected outcomes
• Ensuring that the Product Team follows our agile approach 
• Building an in-house Product Team that is resilient and hands-on
