    Precheck Officer

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The main responsibilities of the Precheck Officer are as follows:

    • Perform comprehensive checks on various types of documents, including passports, visas, and supporting documents ;
    • Assess the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of submitted documents, ensuring they meet the specified criteria ;
    • Identify any inconsistencies, errors, or missing information in the documentation and promptly communicating these issues to the concerned traveller;
    • Inform the applicants about the modifications to be done to their visa files in a professional and timely manner, with diplomacy and kindness and answer all requests / questions they may have;
    • Maintain proper documentation and records of verified documents for audit and reference purposes ;
    • Collaborate with the Quality and Training Departments to identify areas for improvement in the document verification process and suggest necessary training or process enhancements.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    The skills required for this position are:

    • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in your work ;
    • Ability to adapt to changing visa requirements and procedures ;
    • Proficient computer skills and the ability to work with document management systems and databases ;
    • Understanding of the importance of data protection and privacy regulations, especially in handling sensitive personal information and legal compliance.

    Precheck Officer (French Speaker)

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Visa Application Officer

    The main responsibilities of the VAO are as follows:

    • Welcoming all visa applicants in the operated visa application center
    • Process the visa application of the applicants (front office) 
    • Collect payments from the applicants (Payment counter) 
    • Manage the biometric collection of visa applicants (biometry) 
    • Manage all back office tasks to finalize the visa application of our applicants (back office) 
    • Manage all other tasks given by the management.

    The skills required for this position are:

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Excellent typing skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Good with emails , problem solving and effective decision making
    • Ability to handle pressure
    • Energetic, proactive, versatile , commitment to team work and team spirit

    Diplomas & Experience:

    • Matric or equivalent
    • Tertiary qualification is an added advantage 
    • Previous customer service experience as a customer service consultant
