    Report Writer

    Job Description
    Key responsibilities :

    Report Writing & Composition

    •        Create and write reports as briefed in by the client daily, weekly and monthly. 
    •        Co-ordinate to collect information from various stakeholders across the business units and consolidate such information into a single meaningful report. 
    •        Analyse system based data and produce meaningful reports for the client to easily understand and read the information.
    •        Develop new reports as required by the client or management. 
    •        Drafting of various progress reports as required against execution. 
    •        Execute all reports as per client reporting schedule (Annexure)

    System Requirements

    •        Build live-system based reports based on requirements.

    Database Management

    •        Conduct a monthly audit on the outlets and ensure that all outlets have the client codes loaded.  100% compliance for client codes required so that the field teams can be recognised for the sales achieved.

    Operational Excellence

    •        Ensure self & stakeholders compliance with all processes, policies and procedures (internal)
    •        Provide updates to line manager on project performances against requirements, escalating any non-compliances that may lead non/under performances on any project.

    Qualifications

    •        Demonstrated abilities and track record writing high-quality reports
    •        MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint - Advanced level
    •        Excellent command in written and spoken English is essential
    •        Matric or NQF equivalent
    •        Minimum of 3 years of high-level experience in writing, editing, reporting
    •        Demonstrated abilities and track record writing high-quality reports

    County Field Manager

    Job Description

    Financial

    • Managing and executing Sales Objectives
    • Ensure that team targets are met and reported on
    • Targets to be met in all aspects and shortfalls within specific outlets to be identified and proactively managed
    • Monthly field expenses management & control as well as accountability for regional staff assets
    • Constantly identifying more efficient ways to execute against briefs in terms of expenses to optimise savings for our Vodacom clients in terms of cost per revenue / sale / acquisition / specific target as prescribed by each project brief/SOW/SLA

    Management

    • Recruitment and selection of subordinate staff, in line with the Job Description and approved by Regional Account Manager.
    • Monitor and measure the team members on a monthly/quarterly basis
    • Assume responsibility and act on non-performance, utilising training and disciplinary hearings etc.
    • Staff training and development strategies to be implemented
    • Development of a strong team spirit and high performance culture across the business / account and running projects within the respective county.
    • Implement personal development plans, succession plans and identifications of 2IC for role.
    • Ensure team KPi Targets are achieved
    • Develop an extensive talent pool (1 potential replacement per role) for replacing vacancies that may exist to ensure no downtime

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Responsible for building, maintaining and improving relationships within clients and staff.
    • Ensure compliance against all processes, policies and procedures are adhered to
    • Operational reporting requirements to be actioned (client, internal & 3rd party)
    • Increase productivity, check daily outputs and compliance and taking corrective
    • Regular competitor analysis conducted
    • Work to improve productivity, customer relations, service and surpassing regional goals
    • Adherence to all Health and Safety rules and requirements

    Qualifications

    • Matric
    • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Sales or Commerce would be advantages
    • 2 Years management experience of a sales field force
    • 1 Year proven sales record within a telecommunication environment with significant sales leadership experience
    • Several years successful sales record in meeting / exceeding revenue sales targets

    Additional Information

    • Valid Driver’s license

    • Proof of business insurance (with 30-day car hire option)

    • Vehicle less than 7 years’ old and must be in the name of the successful candidate

    • Work weekends as and when required

    • Will be required to work in the informal sector
