    Senior Full Stack Developer

    Expected proficiencies

    • HTML5, CSS3 (Bootstrap 4)
    • CSS pre-processing (SASS)
    • NPM, NuGet and automation tools like Grunt
    • Client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including React/RectNative, Riot, and JQuery
    • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX/REST/JSON
    • Good understanding of using and setting up IIS
    • User input validation (checking form data before it is submitted) and sanitisation
    • Must know C# and Razor (optional)
    • Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop and Adobe XD.
    • Versioning and Git
    • Hybrid mobile application development in React Native and Firebase.
    • Experience with packaging frameworks like Cordova/PhoneGap/Xamarin
    • Based in Visual Studio/Code with Umbraco/MVC based CMS integration experience
    •  Agency Experience is preferable. 

    Daily tasks:

    • Setting up Umbraco environments
    • Convert UI designs to HTML/CSS/JavaScript. This means you will translate the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application
    • Develop new user-facing features and patterns
    • Build reusable code and libraries for future use (design systems)
    • Plan and develop project and campaign-specific functionality and how it is managed server-side
    • API integrations into CMS
    • Consult on the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, troubleshoot problems with the Consultants.
    • Optimize applications for responsiveness, speed and scalability
    • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
    • Front-end into CMS integration
    • Problem-solving

    Project Administrator

    Job brief

    • We are looking for a Project Administrator to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. You will manage schedules, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team members.
    • Project Administrator responsibilities include preparing action plans, analyzing risks and opportunities and gathering necessary resources. For this role, you will work with a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential.
    • Ultimately, you will ensure our projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.

    Responsibilities

    • Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
    • Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals
    • Create and update workflows
    • Conduct risk analyses
    • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
    • Order resources, like equipment and software
    • Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
    • Track expenses and predict future costs
    • Monitor project progress and address potential issues
    • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
    • Measure and report on project performance
    • Act as the point of contact for all participants

    Requirements

    • Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role
    • Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules
    • Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Jira, Trello or Microsoft Project)
    • Solid organization and time-management skills
    • Team spirit
    • BSc in Business Administration or related field
    • Agile Frameworks Experience
    • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus

    Scum Master

    Job Brief

    We are looking for a Scrum Master to coordinate and coach our software development team.

    What is a scrum master?

    • Put simply, you’ll be our go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work. Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.
    • Ultimately, you’ll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.

    Scrum Master experience and skills

    You should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. You’ll also need the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverables. If you’re a strong communicator, a capable leader and you're invested in Agile frameworks, we’d like to meet you.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage each project's scope and timeline
    • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
    • Coach team members in Agile frameworks
    • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
    • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
    • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
    • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
    • Help teams implement changes effectively
    • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
    • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
    • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

    Requirements

    • Experience in a scrum master role
    • Familiarity with software development
    • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
    • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
    • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
    • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
    • Outstanding organizational skills
    • Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
    • Scrum master certification is a plus
