Strategic Human Resource Planning, Development, Mandatory and strategic reporting (labour legislation and IDP/SDBIP) and Records Management/Oversight HR administrative functions/Develop and implement, review and update the HR strategy, aligning with IDP and reporting/ensure compliance to legislation, Collective Agreement and Council policy on Employment Equity, Occupational Health and Safety, Labour Relations, Skills Development and Basic Conditions of employment compliance and implementation/organizational development/individual performance management throughout organisation/internal and external stakeholder relations
Minimum Requirements:
A relevant B Degree in Human Resources Management or related field (NQF level 7).
However, preference will be given to candidates who holds post graduate qualification in Human Resources Management.
8 years or more relevant post-graduation experience covering range of human resources functions; with at least 5 years Human Resources Management Level experience.
Computer Literacy: MS Office.
Valid Code B driver’s license.
Must be able to communicate in at least two (2) of the three (3) official languages in the Western Cape.
Compliance with the National Treasury Regulations on the required Minimum Competency Level
Unit Standards applicable to this position, or must complete the unit standards within an 18-month period from the date of appointment as provided for in GNR 1146 under GG 41996, dated 26 October 2018.
