• Ensure that lessons impart love and competence in isiZulu.

Requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Professional qualification
• 2 years of IsiZulu teaching experience
• SACE Registration

Candidates should have the following attributes:

• A clear love of language which they enthusiastically share with their students.
• The ability to use technology as a tool for teaching and learning.
• Proven successful teaching experience with both mother tongue and second language students.
• Excellent content knowledge of isiZulu culture.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to support and mentor and to be mentored.
• A values-based approach to teaching.
• The flexibility, ability, and willingness to work outside school hours, when necessary.
• The intention is to work according to the school’s ethos specifications, and policies.
• The ability to manage processes and lead staff.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Relevant qualification

• 3 years teaching experience
• SACE registration 
• The ability to teach Boys sports would be an advantage.
