ENVIRONMENT:

• A dynamic Micro Insurer is urgently seeking a highly meticulous & self-driven Senior Sales Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to its Sales Support Department.
• You will maintain accurate databases and track data, collate weekly and monthly Sales Reports received from District Offices while providing administrative support to the Sales team, including scheduling, coordination communication and minutes of weekly sales meetings.

DUTIES:

• Maintain accurate databases and track data.

• Transmit reminders regarding deadlines and follow up daily on outstanding documents.

• Assist with queries from District Branch Managers.
