    Packaging Operator - Polokwane Brewery

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Operating equipment and manage associated processes & performance in packaging​
    • Interpret and implement production plan for shift​
    • Operate manual and automatic machines on line as per standards​
    • Ensure process quality and productivity​
    • Perform administration work such as tracking and monitoring of processes and take action when required​
    • Manage PIMS & POMS and take corrective action on negative trends​
    • Use of OFR’s (As per triggers)​

    Trade Execution Specialist - Wholesale & Counters - HQ Bryanston

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Research both sub segments to fully understand customers and shoppers
    • Define strategic execution priorities for both Wholesalers and Counters
    • Develop Health KPIs, track and improve execution against these

    T1 Productivity Specialist - HQ Sandton

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Aligning the T1 operation and T1 productivity measures to global KPI’s and standards
    • Defining T1 productivity KPI’s and PI’s linked to the overall Zone and BU Logistics strategy and goals (GFP; ATCT; WPS vs MPL; HL/Load; ADT; Load factor; Travel Standard Adherence etc.)
    • Measuring, reporting and tracking productivity/ safety on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis

    CONA Specialist - HQ Bryanston

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Publish an optimized monthly long term production plan from M+2 with at least a rolling 12 months incorporating WSNP handover​
    • Monthly Production plan with cost and allocation optimization solving for lost sales down to DC level​
    • Manage key Supply Planning KPI’s & Costs (T1 VLC; CONA & Allocation Efficiency; WSNP efficiency)​

    Key Roles and responsibilities:

    • Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others in his / her designated area
    • Responsible for Machine safe practices, PTW, LOTO and SAM
    • Accountable for all quality process checks to be done as per prescribed frequency

    Packaging Machine Specialist - Alrode Brewery

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    Operational Support:

    • Provide specialist support for coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer of machine operation to shift based teams
    • This will include standby, day shift and when requested after a time frame that standby will need expert advice or support
    • Where requested, assist as a functional expert in problem solving for the plant and support to zone
    • Take part, as functional expert, in regional and central office plant optimization trials
    • Provide additional support to process artisan on machine operation, machine fault finding and correct responses to machine failure modes
    • Upskill process artisans with latest SWI for machine setups or machine restorations

    Planned Maintenance:

    • Take part in maintenance planning meeting, contributing suggestions and clarifying work required
    • Ensure backlog meets minimum hours and schedules are reviewed as per required frequency
    • Carry out work during the planned maintenance window in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule issued by the planner
    • Assist fellow team members in the execution of their tasks in during planned maintenance windows

    Routine Maintenance:

    • Partake in ATO cleaning, lubrication and inspection in accordance with the maintenance schedule issued by the Maintenance Planner must be resolved using the appropriate problem-solving techniques
    • If carry out routine maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance schedule where problems have been uncovered du ring routine maintenance, these required, additional resources may be called to assist
    • Where problems have been uncovered, and it is required to include the work in the planned maintenance schedule, this must be communicated to the Maintenance Planner
    • Carry out condition monitoring activities where these have been allocated to the Technician in accordance with the ZCM schedule

    • N6 or higher qualification
