Define strategic execution priorities for both Wholesalers and Counters
Develop Health KPIs, track and improve execution against these
Roll out Fully Branded Outlets in both Wholesalers and Counters
Specific focus areas for Wholesaler Group 2 and 3 (Understand the sub segments; Define a strategy; Execute to elevate SAB and Lead and Grow the category)
Specific focus areas for Counters (Define Category Management priorities; Structure a Counter specific trade scheme to create the right pricing architecture in the right pack formats)
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Business or related field preferred
Minimum 3 years in a sales or marketing related management position (preferably in SAB)
Wholesale and Counter Serve experience will be preferable
Project management skills
Ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders of varying degrees of seniority
Strong customer engagement skills
Basic excel skills required
Ability to assimilate research, generate insights and put a strategy together
