    GenAI Technology Advisor

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their GenAI technology and solution requirements.
    • Provide expert advisory services and recommendations on GenAI strategies and technologies.
    • Evaluate and recommend GenAI frameworks, tools, and platforms to support business objectives.
    • Design GenAI architectures and solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.
    • Stay updated on GenAI advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of GenAI solutions.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams involved in GenAI projects. 

    To succeed, you will need  

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of GenAI frameworks, tools, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, AWS AI).
    • Proven experience in a professional capacity working with GenAI technologies or data analytics.
    • AI Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading GenAI projects from conception to implementation, showing the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and deliver successful outcomes.
    • Strategic AI Planning: Experience in developing GenAI strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives aligned with business objectives, with a track record of driving value through GenAI solutions.

    Compressor Technique: Field Service Technician

    Your Role

    • Preventative Maintenance and Repairs (85%) – Perform routine, preventative maintenance, and repairs on Atlas Copco Products.  
    • Preventative maintenance should be conducted in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations (with regards to schedule and scope).
    •  Perform diagnostics on malfunctioning products, determine possible causes for malfunctions and perform repairs as suggested by diagnostics and assessment.
    • Test and document the proper operating parameters prior to and following preventative maintenance and repairs.  
    • Provide walk-through evaluations and basic system assessments. 
    • Recordkeeping and Documentation (10%) – Complete visit reports, time sheets on daily bases using MAM2. Expense reports should be turned in at least monthly and other job-related paperwork as required. 
    • Warranty Part Returns (5%) – Return parts replaced under warranty as requested by Technical Support, Quality or Service Management.  Returns must be completed within one week accompanied by the correct documents. 
    • Perform assigned duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer. Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish/ maintain communication with all people/ employees considered necessary to get the job done.  Perform additional assignments as required.

    To succeed,you will need

    • Good computer skills – MS Office, computer proficiency as required for communication, research, work orders and programming various controllers.
    • Excellent customer service and communications skills (oral and written).
    • Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge or equivalent experience.
    • Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical components.
    • Able to work independently with strong self-management and professionalism and complete work within assigned deadlines.
    • Customer focused.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Detail orientated.
    • Extensive travel to customer locations, including out-of-town and overnight travel. Available for a rotation schedule during evenings, weekends, and holidays call work.
    • Must be able to lift to 25kg on a regular basis and lift to 45kg occasionally.
    • Must be able to work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with continuous walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling.
    • Compressor knowledge will be an advantage.

    Business Development Manager - Flow Division - Jet Park

    Your role

    • Develop the Portable flow and dewatering business within the Southern African region.
    • Working closely with the division, customers, and our dealer network on dewatering related applications within the Mining, Construction, Rental, Industrial and Oil and Gas segments.
    • Play an integral part in the regional business development strategy, planning, and execution therefore to attain the full market potential of the Portable Flow Division. 
    • Manage and safeguard the divisional profitability in line with agreed KPI’s.
    • Offer application support to our dealers and customers within the Southern African region, such as sizing and total cost of ownership calculations for mobile dewatering applications.
       

    To succeed, you will need

    • An in depth understanding of the Southern African diesel and electric dewatering market and applications, accessories, and knowledge of cloud for customers (C4C).
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and CRM (C4C and SAP) systems.
    • Be dynamic, determined and results driven with the ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Committed to achieving the goals and plans as set out and agreed on by the division. 
    • Continually building relationships with new and existing clients whilst promoting flow and sustainability solutions within the field. 
    • A valid driver’s licence and passport for possible local and regional travel within Southern Africa will be required.
    • Educational qualifications. Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualifications would be advantageous.

    Service Engineer - Port Elizabeth

    What we expect of you?

    • To provide Repairs and Service Support on Industrial Power Tooling including Electronic, Pneumatic hand held and fixtured tools.
    • To provide the customer with technical support during breakdowns, over the phone and, when required on site.
    • To conduct regular line audits, providing technical support, assistance and guidance as and when required.
    • To maintain records of all activities.
    • To carry out calibrations and preventative maintenance tasks on a scheduled and planned basis according to laboratory and ISO procedures.
    • To plan, manage and carry out the installation of our equipment at the customers premises.
    • To ensure all repair and calibration workshop documentation is completed correctly and up to date.
    • To provide written reports on repairs and incidents as requested by management or the customer.
    • To provide advice and feedback to the Customer on the use of their equipment.
    • To work as part of a team with our Sales representatives and the Customer to help address any support and technical issues.
