    Order Management Administrator - Modderfontein

    Description

    • Arrange vehicle movements from production plants to storage sites, branches, dealers and customers.
    • Reconcile vehicle locations.
    • Issue vehicle movement orders to suppliers.
    • Ensure that suppliers are charging according to the service level agreements.
    • Update vehicle stock lists and assist sales with chassis availability.
    • Transfer allocated stock between warehouses in the ERP system.
    • Ensure safe storage of vehicles including park-off services and repairs.
    • Assist with updating of RVP tool.
    • Liaise continuously with production plants to ensure kits/chassis availability.
    • Perform any other functions as assigned by management.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Higher Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Logistics or Industrial Engineering.

    Skills:

    • Capable to plan and implement short term to long term programmes.
    • Ability to accurately work with high volumes of data and prepare reports.
    • Knowledge of ERP systems.
    • Problem Solving Skills.
    • Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.

    Experience:

    • Experience in a similar role in the automotive industry - 2 years.

    Diesel Mechanic

    Description

    • Accurately diagnose faults found and reported on a vehicle (trouble shooting).
    • Carry out servicing and repairs to vehicles in an efficient manner.
    • Conduct road tests on repaired vehicles as and when needed.
    • Ensure workshop quality, safety and security procedures are adhered to at all times.
    • Report any vehicle faults other than those on the job card.
    • Conduct servicing according to MAN specifications and service sheet.
    • Work accurately and tirneously to achieve both efficiency and productivity to the required standards.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
    • N3 and possess a Diesel Mechanic trade test certificate.
    • Possession of a dual trade is highly advantageous.

    Skills:

    • Pro-active, highly motivated and pay attention to detail.
    • Work independently though being a team player.
    • Customer focused with a results driven approach.
    • Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
    • EC or EC1 drivers licence.

    Experience:

    • Trade Certificate experience in the heavy commercial vehicle industry - 5 years.
    • MAN and / or VW heavy commercial vehicles - 3 years.
    • MAN CATS 3 - 1 year.
