Primary Objectives of the Position Successful candidate will be responsible to Supervise and control a process plant by monitoring gauges and instruments and making adjustments in order to conform to operating procedures and production requirements. Checks for malfunctioning and takes corrective action. Candidate will also be responsible for the team of Process Operators and Controllers.
Specific Outputs Responsible to operate/supervise a section of a production process
Reported utilities & raw material quality parameters
Controlled section processes
Reported machinery and equipment faults
Ensured health, safety & hygiene
Required Experience Three to Four years experience in supervise/operate a production process
Experience in Food Manufacturing Industry
Qualifications Grade 12
National Diploma / Certificate in Production or Operations Management will be an added advantage
Primary Objectives of the Position Successful Candidate will be responsible to operate a section of a process plant by monitoring and controlling gauges and instruments within prescribed limits. Maintains log sheets and observes and reports changes in utilities and raw materials. Does some problem solving. Will be required to work continuous shifts.

Required Experience 3 - 4 Years experience within a similar environment (bakery environment will be advantageous)
Qualifications Matric , National Certificate/Diploma in Marketing and Sales will be advantageous
Primary Objectives of the Position Represents and sells the organisation's goods and/or services to retailers, industrial customers and institutions by visiting and obtaining orders. Promotes sales by introducing merchandising and display techniques to customers. Keeps his/her immediate supervisor informed of competitor activity and customer status. Normally reports to a Unit HOD.

Executed pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical repairs
Dismantled, fitted & assembled machinery and parts
Performed planned maintenance on machinery & equipment
Installed and commissioned machinery and equipment
Required Experience 4-5 years relevant experience within the manufacturing environment
Qualifications Relevant Technical Trade (N3)
Primary Objectives of the Position A qualified artisan with a fitter trade certificate.
Other Information Sound understanding and application of Food manufacturing processes
