    Ops Specialist: Configuration Management

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Compile and Distribute Reports to SIM’s 
    • Verify Quality of Information in the CMDB 
    • Participate in The RFC Approval Process for new proposals 
    • Interface with Process Owners and technical support teams 
    • Escalate Inconsistencies in CMDB to relevant support teams 
    • Assist with Training and Awareness of support teams 
    • Review and Audit Data Integrity of the CMDB 
    • Review Activities of team members and on Customer level 
    • Perform Analysis of Data used for Customer reporting 
    • Monitor Process Activities in the environment

    Specialist: Bid Management

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Manage the end-to-end process to provide a proposal/RFX to clients.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction to support the sales objectives and strive to shorten the time to market.
    • Consolidate inputs received (costing, technical designs, T&Cs, service descriptions, etc) and construct standard corporate information requirements to formulate quality and compliant bid responses according to governance standards.
    • Project manage the timeous delivery of bids from initiation to submission of proposal / tender / RFX.
    • Provide status updates on the tender / RFX and manage any risks, raise flags and warnings in case of missed or delayed deliverables.
