• A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their son aged 5 years old and daughter aged 8 years old
• Area: Melrose 
• Ages: son aged 5 years old and daughter aged 8 years old
• Working hours: Monday – Friday: 13h00 - 16h00 
• Duties: homework, picking up from school and driving them to sports events for the 2026 calendar year
• Start date: January 2026 start – permanent contract
• Salary: R8000 per month (gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.76)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.

• Working hours: Mon to Thu 17:30 – 20:00, Every 2nd Saturday 09:00 – 13:00
• School holiday hours: Same/Similar
• Duties: Homework, prepare for bags for the next day, and ensure work is prepared for exams. Subjects needed: Afrikaans, Maths, Physics, English, Geography
• Special Requirements: 21+, Female
