    Asset Risk Management Administrator

     

    Position Overview:

    • We are looking for a general administrator with sound knowledge of Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance.
    • The suitable candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience within a similar role and understanding of urgency, accuracy, and client relations.
    • Must be a strong, confident candidate who can handle pressure.
    • The candidate must also be organised and self-sufficient without the need to be micromanaged.

    Required Skills:

    • Grade 12
    • One to three years relevant commercial short-term claims experience (compulsory)
    • Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
    • MS Office literate

    Duties:

    • Receiving all claims notifications from clients
    • Screening policy cover, wordings and claim documents
    • Reporting claims
    • Corresponding with clients, brokers, insurers, assessors
    • Adherence to SLA’s
    • Record Keeping
    • Ensuring that all claims are finalised with urgency and accuracy; and
    • Interpreting claims issues and complex resolutions.

    On-Site Medical Scheme Consultant

    Job description:

    • We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic On-site Medical Scheme Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or NQF 5 Qualification.

    Qualifications:

    • Matric / Grade 12 Certificate - Mandatory
    • RE5 Qualification - Preferred
    • NQF 5 Qualification (relevant to Medical Scheme Industry) -Preferred

    Responsibilities and Requirements:

    • Interact in professional manner with all clients (internal and external) in respect of new applications and amendments
    • Updating databases / data capturing, i.e. atWork
    • Answers customer inquiries and questions regarding medical scheme products, services and option changes
    • Responds to the regular and routine customer inquiries regarding claims, products and services of medical schemes
    • General frontline support, i.e. assisting walk-in clients with queries
    • Arrange logistical requirements and assist with co-ordination of site visits
    • Assistance with visits to clients on request
    • Attend Healthcare committee meetings when required and do minute taking, typing and distribution of agendas and minutes
    • Assist with planning of year end revision sessions as well as training as and when required
    • Photocopying and scanning of documentation
    • Sending and receiving of faxes
    • Perform internet search to access relevant information
    • Assist with billings & billing information
    • Assistance in administrative back-end related support services
    • Assistance with and planning of Wellness days where applicable
