    Specialist: Commercial Analysis x4

    Key Responsibility Areas 

    • Develop, implement and maintain costing and pricing models. 
    • Participate in the costing and pricing of products and services 
    • Implement cost reduction and process improvement initiatives 
    • Maintain, monitor and control integrity of the costing information

    Qualifications and Experience

    Senior Software Developer

    Key Responsibility Area 

    • Leads Code Reviews for accuracy and functionality, participate in suggesting and supporting coding best practices and provide feedback on code quality. 
    • Supervision of the Software development team.

    Software Developer

    Key Responsibility Area 

    • Develop/Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency using SITAs software development stack / development framework. 
    • Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met. 
    • Produce detailed specifications and write the programme codes. 
    • Maintain the integrated IT software components systems once they are up and running. 
    • Develop integrated Technical Service Specifications for single or multiple software components to clearly set direction for procuring or building software components.

    System Analyst

    Key Responsibility Areas 

    • Ensure effective and efficient service delivery in accordance with SITA Policy framework. 
    • Adhere to Architectural and Governance mechanisms for the Software Development section to improve interoperability of government systems and quality of services and deliverables

    • Experience : A minimum of 3-5 years experience in the ICT field, including IT Governance, IT Planning, systems development/procurement, implementation and maintenance/enhancements of large integrated solutions across multiple hardware and software platforms with leadership, management, operational responsibility in a large corporate/public sector organization. Including: Experience within solution analysis and design in multiple business domains. Experience within software development on multiple platforms. Experience in integration.     Senior Manager Procurement: Order Management & Provincial Procurement

    Key Responsibility Areas 

    • Develop and implement basic sourcing and order management strategies, processes, procedures and tools that will enable basic sourcing best practices

    Admin Assistant

    Key Responsibility Areas 

    • Receive and record incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure proper record keeping for the sub department. 
    • Prepare and distribute minutes, presentations as well as general office documentation/communication to ensure that information reached relevant identified parties. 
    • Perform general office duties. 
    • Arrange work sessions and staff meetings with employees and coordinate all logistical arrangements for the sub department. 
    • Responsible for the accommodation and flight arrangements for the subdivision in accordance with SITA travelling policy and procedures to the satisfaction of the division.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Experience: 1 - 2 Minimum experience applicable to the specified discipline.
