    Sales Manager - Pretoria

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to meet or exceed unit sales and finance targets.
    • Oversee daily floor activity including layout, vehicle presentation, pricing, and customer experience.
    • Ensure accurate lead allocation, prompt customer engagement, and conversion of leads to deals.
    • Monitor reserved and aged stock, manage vehicle reconditioning, and uphold brand standards.
    • Host daily and weekly sales meetings and provide coaching, feedback, and performance management.
    • Conduct training and mentoring sessions to upskill the team.
    • Drive the adoption of auxiliary products and alternative payment solutions (e.g., Netstar, OUTsurance, WalletDoc).
    • Manage escalated complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and brand protection.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12 certificate (essential).
    • Tertiary qualification in relevant field advantageous. 
    • Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in a sales management or team leader role, preferably in the motor retail or fast-paced sales environment.
    • Minimum 2 years proven sales experience in a fast paced work environment.
    • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
    • Willing to work weekends, public holidays.

    Junior Logistics Administrator

    Work Description and Key Responsibilities  

    • Develop and maintain efficient office systems to streamline operations. 
    • Act as a liaison between the department and buyers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.  
    • Oversee the maintenance and organization of office equipment and supplies for optimal functionality.  
    • Prepare and compile the department's monthly report to track performance and identify areas of improvement. 
    • Coordinate daily vehicle collections for drivers, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.  
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new drivers, including orientation and training. 
    • Manage ordering and distribution of uniform for the department.  
    • Effectively manage driver leave requests and overtime scheduling to maintain operational efficiency.  
    • Prepare supplier payment requisitions and liaise with the accounts department to ensure timely payment. 
    • Monitor stock levels at vehicle storage depots to prevent losses and optimize inventory management.  
    • Collaborate with carrier companies to coordinate loading activities and ensure timely transportation of vehicles. 
    • Handle and coordinate time and attendance function and queries.  
    • Act as a liaison between the department, HR, and Payroll to address and resolve driver-related queries. 
    • Ensure proper record keeping.  
    • Assist with any other adhoc tasks.  

    Minimum Requirements: 

    • Matric (Grade 12) required. 
    • A relevant diploma/degree in administration or logistics is a MUST. 
    • At least 2+ years administrative experience. 
    • Strong computer literacy (Proficient in MS Office). 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. 
    • Must have own transport and valid driver’s license 
    • Must be willing to work every second weekend and some public holidays

    Junior Logistics Administrator - Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Maintain office systems.
    • Serve as a liaison between the branch and outline buyers.
    • Manage the maintenance and organisation of office equipment and supplies.
    • Monthly reporting, etc.
    • Knowledge of how the Vehicle industry works (and the terminology used).

    Skills:

    • Fully bilingual in English & Afrikaans
    • Strong organisational skills with fine attention to detail
    • Excellent Customer Service skills.
    • Be organised and able to take direction under authority.
    • Excellent Listening skills.
    • Excellent telephone etiquette. 
    • Strong personality that can manage heavy workloads. 
    • Positive attitude.
    • Must be able to delegate and manage people successfully.

    Further Requirements:

    • Must possess a diploma/degree in Administration or Logistics. 
    • Must preferably reside in Port Elizabeth or surrounding area.
    • Must have at least 2+ year of experience in a similar role.
    • Own transport and valid driver’s license.
    • No criminal record.
