Organisational Effectiveness Consultant at Santam Insurance

Job description

This role will be focused on providing specialize knowledge and expert guidance – as well as delivering a variety of initiatives and projects to the business within the Organisational Effectiveness Centre of Expertise.

The role is that of an internal consultant, engaging with the HR delivery partners (HR managers and HR consultants) as well as line managers across the business on issues around talent, performance, culture, engagement, leadership development, change and team effectiveness. Expertise and specialized knowledge as well as a hands-on approach to generating ideas and solutions will enable the incumbent to act as a source of support and best practice leadership within the HR team, around particular areas of expertise.
