Who We Need – Receptionist

Decision Inc. is currently looking for a Receptionist to join the Decision Inc. team.

What Will You Do?

• Welcome visitors and notify relevant staff members of their visitor's arrival
• Ensures that the reception & meeting rooms area is kept neat, clean and professional at all times
• Answer, screen and direct calls in a professional manner and take messages clearly
• Manage booking of boardrooms for meetings when required, and ensure that there is adequate seating and the necessary refreshments are available
• Manage and maintain telephone list to ensure that it is kept up to date all the time
• Administrative assistance in various departments when required

Who Do You Need To Be?

• Relevant post matric qualification
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office knowledge i.e. Word, Excel
• Well-spoken and excellent written communication
• Customer service orientated
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good listening skills
• Excellent reception skills
• Organising and planning skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Friendly and outgoing
