The Following Are Important Requirements To Be Met

• Knowledge of commercial maize production, irrigation as well as dryland
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• Excellent oral and written expression and comprehension

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• A suitable Degree and/or Diploma in Agriculture/ Marketing and agronomic training are essential, and candidates must be able to work independently.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and very good command in English
• Strong networking & communication skills
• Solid experience in Sales with distribution and direct customers - minimum 2 years in business appreciated
• Flair for marketing
• Driving license (cat.B)
