Your experience. You have a track record of high volume recruiting any and all types of roles (from technical to non-technical), as well you have experience with recruiting internationally.
You are creative in your hunt for great talent. You can come up with creative places (both high and low) to find great talent and are relentless in your search for those diamonds in the rough.
You also have passion for making new employees great. You’ve demonstrated the ability to successfully bring candidates through the interview process and welcome them on as new employees, making sure they feel at home. What you will do:
You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting a high volume of roles. This includes but is not limited to, sourcing, resume screening, interviewing and coordinating the entire interview process.
You will be recruiting everything from technical to non-technical roles worldwide.
