Minimum Educational Qualification:
An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (NQF 6 or higher) in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Industrial Psychology or a related field. A recognised Change Management accreditation or certification (e.g. Prosci or similar) will be advantageous.
Duties
Ensure change management activities align with departmental strategies, DPSA frameworks and policies through research, analysis, interpretation and advisory support, and contribute to the translation of these frameworks into practical implementation approaches. Facilitation and implementation of Change Interventions and initiatives through stakeholder engagement, coaching and structured facilitation to drive adoption. Co-ordinate and execute organisational surveys to track organisational transformation change and participate in procurement processes. Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) on change management activities and ensure accurate and consolidated information for departmental decision making. Operational planning, People Management and Financial Management responsibilities i.e. day-to-day supervision of staff, workflow and operations management, procurement, contract and asset management, compliance monitoring with departmental policies.
