Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

Design

• Maintenance of existing customer communication material – ensuring alignment with promotions
• Update existing material to align with group promotions strategy
• Conceptualise strong messages for campaigns allocated
• Taking ownership of monthly design and layout projects
• Making sure projects are designed accurately according to the brief
• Create campaigns to easily transfer to online platforms
• Ensure work is circulated to all sign-off stations in the business
• Maintain brand identity across all projects
• Finish artwork to easily deliver to repro/dtp
• Attention to detail is very important

Teamwork

• Participate in group activities, emails and pick up jobs where needed
• Grow and strive to improve skills
• Lead fellow team members, create problem solving conversations
• Ensure transparent and open conversations are held which are solution driven

Innovation

• Initiate ideas to drive innovation in business and back up findings with research
• Look for innovation in both core job delivery and business performance
• Collect and share information (competitor analysis) both internationally and locally

Requirements

Qualifications & Accreditations:

A relevant 3 years degree and/or a diploma in Graphic Design

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Graphic Design role within print and digital
• Proven track record of excellent design skills across various platforms and mediums
• Working experience utlizing the following tools: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop.
• Dreamweaver, HTML and CSS is advantages
