    Technical Account Manager

    Job description

    Who we are looking for

    A GTconsult Account Manager is an extremely important member of the sales and marketing team whose primary role is to provide customers the most value from the services and products provided by GTconsult.
    Experience in the Microsoft eco-system and a clear understanding of SharePoint and Office 365 is a key attribute that we are looking for in this role.
    This is a hands on role and requires a keen eye to detail, admin and the big picture for all clients and team interactions.

    Essential Skills

    • 5+ years of professional experience working with Microsoft SharePoint (2013/2016/SP Online)
    • The ability to communicate requirements, limitations, dependencies and timelines clearly and concisely via either e-mail, phone or in person
    • Enterprise Solution Selling
    • Client Account Management
    • The ability to calmly work under pressure
    • Sharp analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
    • A solid understanding of SharePoint Online, and the Office 365 stack in general.
    • Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate ideas clearly
    • Ability to work independently or as a strong team player
