    Project Administrator / Coordinator

    Job description

    What you will do:

    • Support the Senior Program Manager with the successful delivery of the program from a marketing, administrative and events perspective.
    • Execute the electronic delivery of the winner notifications to the winners across several regions, working closely with the third-party agency to ensure all details are correct.
    • Receive and respond to ongoing queries from internal and external parties – use an organized system in order to be able to respond to these quickly and effectively.
    • Support the delivery of trophies globally to the relevant venues and regional teams.
    • Research and mine contact information for winners to ensure accurate delivery of awards notifications and exposure of the results.
    • Support the Senior Program Manager with all day-to-day administrative tasks, always demonstrating an eye for detail and a thorough approach.
    • Show competent writing skills and superior abilities in spelling and grammar.
    • Work closely and communicate effectively with internal teams such as Regional Marketing, Sales, Events, Global Creative Services, PR and Marketing Operations.
    • Drive a standard of excellence across all deliverables in order to protect the global reputation of the company and the program.
    • Help to accurately track budget spend per activity and ensure all figures are accurate and up to date.

    The qualifications you will need:

    Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
