It will be your responsibility to ensure the owner payments are prepared and that they are correct. The leasing life cycle will fall into your responsibility with renewals and progress with the finalization of lease agreements.
You must not be afraid to get involved in other aspects of the business, such as facilities, as this team roles up their sleeves and gets the job done.
The ability to liaise with external stakeholders in a professional manner and ensure impeccable paperwork follows up any of these conversations is essential.
