Lead, Manage & Develop a team of sourcing staff so as to ensure effective Procurement performance and adopt good practices in the region
Strategically engage with and understand the business requirements of country stakeholders and business partners and to position the Procurement value proposition on local, regional and global levels
Identify and deliver business benefits aligned to assurance of Supply, Quality, Cost and Innovation
Deliver stakeholders and business partner requirements through creation and execution of sourcing strategies
Build relationships with key suppliers at a senior level and lead processes to ensure value is driven from these relationships
Education/Qualification
A Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain or equivalent coupled with at least 5 years Procurement experience within a Healthcare/FMCG industry is required.
