Overview

We are looking for a diligent, ambitious and inquisitive individual that is a newly/part qualified CIMA / ACCA member and who is looking to gain valuable and relevant experience to fast track them to reach full qualification. The finance environment is demanding and complex due to the different revenue streams, several operating units across the globe and high volumes of data to process. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have strong problem solving skills and have good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Production of complex system invoices for Technical clients ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Dealing with internal Account manager- as well as Client queries
• Maintain and develop the integrity of the billing system
• Provide recommendations to streamline the billing process
• Liaise with our system consultants to ensure issues or improvements are made to our billing system
• Provide a weekly and monthly report to senior management indicating revenue performance vs target
• Drafting monthly forecasting reports
• Provide support with annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting process
• Provide variance reports of actuals, budgets and forecasts
• Liaise with auditors on revenue controls
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts
