Job description

• Lead the business unit and drive the achievement of the business plan and strategic outcomes.
• Aggressively drive the sales and promotion of the business unit and opportunities to promote the company, implement the marketing plan, generate leads, sign up qualified partners, and close sales of profilers, courses and related products
• Source and activate new markets, regions and network partners, locally and internationally
• Manage the sales pipeline proactively so that company sales targets are met and growth needs are planned for
• Leverage network partners’ sales funnels to accelerate partner sales performance
• Manage the partner network and drive increasing levels of partner engagement
• Grow and develop the team across regions
• Support the development team with insights and market feedback on platform
• Bachelor’s degree in business science, commerce or suitable equivalent
• Professional qualifications and/or memberships relevant to talent management or human resources an advantage
