Job description

We are on the lookout for a competitive & ambitious person to join our team of lease advisers (brokers) based at our Pretoria offices in Centurion.

As a Commercial Property Lease Adviser you will be:
- Responsible for leasing of commercial properties i.e. offices, commercial land, investments & new developments
- Prospecting for new corporate tenants
- Canvassing for vacancies within the commercial property arena
- Adding listings to various marketing channels such as websites and classifieds
- Taking tenants to appropriate properties for viewings
- Networking with landlords and other commercial property stakeholders
- Negotiating lease agreements
Full training and mentorship provided. No property experience required but sales experience is a must.

***Initial basic salary for successful candidates***

On target earnings for Year 1 (R400k R600k) Year 2 (R800k +) plus international travel incentives
