    Human Resources Administrator

    Job description

    Job Summary Statement Aveng Manufacturing, a leading infrastructure development group, provides a diverse range of services, products

    and solutions in engineering, construction, mining, steel and manufacturing through its five business units

    namely Infraset, Duraset, DFC, Rail, and ACS.

    The incumbent will be responsible to co-ordinate, support and administer general Human Resources functions and render specific administrative support to internal and external customers. The function is required to provide the business with support across all sites to improve efficiencies through service.

    Minimum Requirements ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • N Dip/ B Tech in Human Resources
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

    Experience

    • 2 Years - Related Work Experience
    • MS Office proficiency
    • 2 Years HRIS experience (advantageous)
    • Drivers’ licence will be advantageous

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive Human Resources administration and support function to the Business Unit
    • Ensure accurate and timeous HRIS administration and maintenance
    • Capture wages staff time on HRIS and co-ordinate all wages related Human Resource and payroll administrative issues to ensure that payment cycles are accurately adhered to
    • Responsible for the maintenance of all filing and record keeping in line with the requirements of the role
    • Responsible for training co-ordination and administration processes
    • Responsible for Human Resource document control processes
    • To provide administrative assistance relating to Human Capital Management on the intranet,
    • Assist with compilation of data into templates which cater for monthly reporting requirements related to the Business Unit Human Resources function
    • Assist with ad-hoc queries from employees in the Business Unit
