Junior Internal Recruitment Consultant at Hello Group

Job description

We are looking for an internal Recruitment Consultant to join our amazingly brilliant HR team.

Our ideal newbie team member will have at least two years’ experience in a recruitment role and will ideally have exposure to the IT Industry. This is a junior role but get ready to be mentored and trained to fast track your recruitment career. You must have a bring it attitude, excellent communication and follow up skills as well as prove an excellent service to our internal clients. This is a critical role in our team and we will rely heavily on your energetic can do attitude to fill roles at Hello Group with efficiency and only the best talent available on the market because we only hire the best! and we look after our talent :-)

• Full sourcing function, placing of adverts, searching of candidates on various social media platforms.
• Setting up of interviews and maintaining recruitment feedback reports.
• Ongoing and efficient feedback to candidates and internal clients.
• The facilitation and coordination of various checks i.e. credit, crim and references.
• Drafting of offer letters and on boarding procedures.
