PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) registration – Grade A is required.
Knowledge Areas:
Deep understanding of security investigations, physical security, IT/communication security, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) acts.
Ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments, implement security protocols, and manage technical systems like CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring.
In-depth knowledge of legal regulations, industry standards, and a commitment to integrity.
Skills:
Analytical thinking, report writing, negotiation, and proficiency in operational security systems.
Proven experience in managing, training, and motivating security teams, with a focus on accountability and team safety.
Calmness under pressure, with the capability to make rapid, sound decisions during emergencies and develop effective, proactive crisis plans.
