A human Capital giant in the blue collar space is looking for a looking a dynamic individual who will be responsible for new business development and strategic sales in the Gauteng North area. You will be at the forefront of closing major revenue driving deals, while working closely with the Business Solutions Manager. If you have negotiated deals at an executive level, within a services environment, and have a wide network in the region, then this role is for you.

Requirements:

• Tertiary Sales qualification;
• HR / IR qualification and/or experience an advantage
• Proven track record of successful sales in a service environment essential;
• Excellent understanding of trends and developments within labour market, TES industry, applicable Labour legislation, and Bargaining Councils.

Details:

Based in Johannesburg North.

R300 000 - R432 000 CTC per annum with benefits.
